cessation. Ideally, you should be smoke-free 24 to 48 hours prior to therapy.

Due to the use of needles, skin irritation may occur occasionally. It is also possible that symptoms increase first - this is normal, however, and just means that the method is working. You ought to feel better soon again.

Do I have to prepare myself somehow?
